"How do I do that one move I learned three months ago?"

Pulled up in seconds, with the clip, your notes, and where it sits in your progress.
No feeds, no clutter. Just your moves, the way your brain files them.
Make your own tags as you upload. As literal or as creative as you'd like.
Pull up any move by name, note, or tag before the next one starts.
FlowVault suggests how to train each move outside of class: strength, flexibility, body prep.
Drop moves into a sequence, or pull 3–10 at random. Really test those transitions.
Share any reel and it lands in your library. Goal moves, strength work, stretches, whatever you want.
If your studio's on FlowVault, its curriculum shows up in your library: cues, safety notes, and what's next.

Every move you log lands on a map of your training: where you started, what you're working on now, and how far you've come.
Everything you need to begin. Pay when your library outgrows the free tier.

I'm an ok-ish pole dancer and stubborn forever founder who can't seem to remember what I learned just a few months ago (especially after having a couple of babies). I built FlowVault, the app I'd always daydreamed about.
I once seriously considered writing down the names of every move I learned and throwing them in a bowl to pull out at random. But I couldn't remember how I got into them in the first place. Sooo, here we are.
I'd love any feedback you have, and to hear from you no matter where you are in your training <3
