Flowvault ("we," "our," or "the app") is a mobile application operated by Small Batch Ventures LLC that helps dancers track moves, build routines, and log practice sessions. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. We use Supabase for authentication, and passwords are hashed — we never see or store your plain-text password.

Content you create: Moves, routines, practice sessions, goals, tags, notes, and any images or videos you upload. This content is stored in our database and cloud storage so you can access it across sessions.

Device information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and improving the app.

Purchase information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card number or payment details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app's features (storing your moves, routines, and practice data)
• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure
• To process and manage your subscription
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the app based on general usage patterns

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Media files (photos and videos) are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Row-level security policies ensure you can only access your own data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Apple (payments)
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data — all your moves, routines, and practice history are visible in the app
• Delete your data — use the "Delete Account" option in Settings to remove all your data from our servers
• Export your data — available on Pro plans (or contact us for assistance)
• Close your account — delete your data through the app, and contact us at [email protected] for full account removal

Children's Privacy

Flowvault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the app or on this page. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Welcome to Flowvault, operated by Small Batch Ventures LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Flowvault Does

Flowvault is a mobile app for dancers to catalog moves, build routines, track practice sessions, and upload reference media (photos and videos). We provide the platform; you provide the content.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. One person, one account — don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

Your Content

You own everything you upload — your moves, videos, photos, routines, and notes remain yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the app's features to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your permission.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or contains malware. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

Flowvault offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

• Free plan: Up to 20 moves with core features
• Mid plan: Up to 100 moves with media uploads
• Pro plan: Up to 10,000 moves with all features

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Flowvault to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload content you don't have the right to share
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the app's operation or security
• Use the app for any commercial purpose other than managing your own dance practice

Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Flowvault available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update features, pricing, or these terms over time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Data & Deletion

You can delete your data at any time through the "Delete Account" option in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Limitation of Liability

Flowvault is provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

You can stop using Flowvault at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you export your data first.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where the app operator resides.
